Who I Am:

My name is Jane Perkins, and I am a Licensed Clinical Counselor in Illinois and Missouri. I have dedicated my professional life to helping Christian women discover freedom from emotional pain through biblical instruction and evidence-based counseling practices. I am passionate about combining my clinical training with Scripture, helping women understand that God's Word is not just spiritually true—it is psychologically sound. The Bible contains profound wisdom about how to heal from trauma, overcome anxiety, build healthy relationships, and find lasting peace.

I have been trained at a Master's Level in an accredited University Counseling program, followed by hours of experience earning clinical licensure in Illinois and Missouri. I value this training as a therapist, yet I have learned that the Bible is the ultimate source for counseling through the toughest times. My journey has taught me that when we combine professional expertise with biblical truth, healing happens. When we allow God's Word to guide our understanding of the human heart and mind, we discover solutions that are both spiritually transformative and psychologically effective.
