A Transformation Journey for Women

As a licensed counseling I can only offer therapy in the states of Illinois and Missouri.  

If you do not need clinical counseling, I offer Christian Life Coaching to those outside of those states. Unfortunately, this type of thing is not covered by insurance.

What is the difference?  Life Coaching is an option for those looking to experience spiritual growth and accountability. I offer this through the Anchored Woman. 

This is available online to women in any state. In this setting, I provide:

• Clarity and Direction: Many people feel stuck or unsure about their goals, values, or purpose. A coach helps them identify what they truly want and create a realistic plan to get there.

• Accountability: People often know what they should do but struggle to follow through. A life coach provides encouragement, structure, and accountability to help them stay consistent.

• Confidence Building: Coaching helps individuals recognize their strengths, overcome self-doubt, and develop a renewed sense of confidence and self-worth.

• Mindset Renewal: Coaches help clients identify limiting beliefs, replace negative thinking patterns, and develop healthier perspectives that lead to better decision-making.

• Goal Achievement: Whether personal, professional, or spiritual, a life coach helps clients break big dreams into actionable, achievable steps.

• Emotional Balance: Some seek coaching to manage stress, transitions, or relational challenges in a way that aligns with their values and faith.
